What a perfect meal to share with a sweetie (and really healthy to boot!) The omega-3’s from the fish are an added bonus. I’d suggest subbing the white flour tortillas with whole wheat for a little extra fiber and maybe leaving out the sour cream (add it on the side instead and make sure it’s low fat). Delish!
